Are entries currently open?
Yes. Entries are currently being accepted through the AExA online platform.
Is there a fixed submission deadline?
At this stage, AExA is accepting entries without publishing a fixed cycle deadline. Any future deadline or programme update will be announced on the official website.
Can I save a draft and return later?
Yes. The entrant portal supports autosave, so you can continue preparing your submission across multiple sessions without losing progress.
Can I submit to more than one category?
Yes. Each submission is reviewed independently against the relevant criteria. Any applicable payment arrangement is confirmed separately for the relevant submission.
Review & awards
How are entries reviewed?
Submitted entries are reviewed according to the AExA evaluation process. Eligibility, evidence quality, structured scoring, and validation controls are applied before any award outcome is confirmed.
How are awards issued?
Submitted entries are reviewed according to the AExA evaluation process. Successful entrants are notified after review and may receive official award confirmation, digital recognition assets, and publication where applicable.
How are judges selected?
Judges are selected for sector expertise, professional standing, and independence. Conflict-of-interest controls are applied before assignment.
Is there a gala ceremony?
AExA is not currently running a gala ceremony. Awards are issued following review and evaluation, and successful entrants are notified directly.
Payments & support
How are payments and invoices handled?
Payments may be made directly to AExA or through an authorised AExA partner, depending on the submission arrangement. Entrants should use only the official payment instructions or invoice details issued by AExA or a partner formally authorised by AExA. Payment confirmation and invoice records are provided where applicable.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are generally non-refundable once a submission is confirmed. Please refer to the applicable terms and conditions for payment and refund information.
